Decimal expansion

Summary

A decimal expansion writes a nonnegative real number as an integer part and an infinite sequence of digits after the decimal point. It represents the number as a sum of multiples of powers of 1010. For example, 1/4=0.25000…1/4 = 0.25000\dots and 1/3=0.333…1/3 = 0.333\dots.
