Lelong number

Summary

The Lelong number of a plurisubharmonic function uu at a point xx measures how fast uu tends to −∞-\infty near xx, compared with log⁡∣z−x∣\log \abs{z - x}. The same name is used for the analogous density of a closed positive current at a point. For u=log⁡∣f∣u = \log \abs{f} with ff holomorphic, the Lelong number is the order of vanishing of ff at xx. Lelong numbers are the basic local invariant of singularities in pluripotential theory.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
