Effective resistance
Summary
The effective resistance between two vertices of an electrical network is the resistance of the whole network seen from those two vertices. It is the voltage difference needed to push a unit current from one vertex to the other. It is a metric on the vertices, called the resistance distance, and it can be computed from the pseudoinverse of the graph Laplacian. For random walks it gives escape probabilities, commute times and criteria for recurrence.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
