Lerch zeta function

Summary

The Lerch zeta function is the series ∑n≥0e2πiλn(n+α)−s\sum_{n \ge 0} e^{2\pi i \lambda n} (n + \alpha)^{-s}, a generalized Dirichlet series with a phase factor and a shift. In the closely related form Φ(z,s,a)=∑n≥0zn(n+a)−s\Phi(z, s, a) = \sum_{n \ge 0} z^n (n + a)^{-s} it is called the Lerch transcendent. It contains the Hurwitz zeta function, the Riemann zeta function, and the polylogarithm as special cases. Dirichlet LL-functions are finite linear combinations of its values. So identities proved for it hold for all of them at once.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
