Midpoint convex function

Remarks
Example: on is midpoint convex. Check: .
Non-example: on is not midpoint convex, since .
Every convex function is midpoint convex: take in the definition of convexity. The converse is false in general. A discontinuous additive function satisfies , so it is midpoint convex. But it is not convex, since convex functions on open intervals are continuous. A midpoint convex function that is continuous is convex.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
