Pluripolar set
Builds on Plurisubharmonic function
Definition
Let . The set is pluripolar if each point has an open neighbourhood with the following property. There is a plurisubharmonic function on , not identically on any component of , such that The set is complete pluripolar in an open set if for some function of the following kind. The function is plurisubharmonic on and not identically on any component of .
Remarks
Some authors call the sets of the first definition locally pluripolar, and call globally pluripolar if one function plurisubharmonic on all of , not identically , has . By Josefson's theorem the two notions agree. Example: is pluripolar; take and , which is plurisubharmonic and equals exactly on . Non-example: is not pluripolar. For : if is subharmonic near a point of and on an interval, then near that point, since intervals are not polar. Applying this on complex lines parallel to the coordinate axes, one coordinate at a time, gives the general case. For , pluripolar sets are exactly polar sets.

- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
