Harmonic analysis on Euclidean spaces Lacunary series and uniqueness Concept
Set of uniqueness
Summary
A set of uniqueness is a subset of the circle with the following property. A trigonometric series that converges to at every point outside must have all coefficients equal to . A set without this property is a set of multiplicity. Cantor's uniqueness theorem says that the empty set is a set of uniqueness. The question of which exceptional sets are allowed led Cantor to his theory of sets and ordinals. The study of these sets connects harmonic analysis with measure theory, number theory and descriptive set theory.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
