Koopman operator
Summary
The Koopman operator of a measure-preserving transformation acts on functions by . It is the composition operator with symbol on the space of the invariant measure. There it is an isometry, and a unitary operator when is invertible. It turns a nonlinear dynamical system into a linear operator on a Hilbert space. Ergodicity, weak mixing and mixing all become properties of this operator, which is the starting point of the spectral theory of dynamical systems.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
