Lagrange basis polynomials
Summary
The Lagrange basis polynomials of distinct nodes are polynomials of degree . Each one equals at its own node and at the other nodes. They form a basis of the polynomials of degree at most . In this basis the coordinates of a polynomial are its values at the nodes. So the Lagrange polynomial of given data is simply the sum of the basis polynomials weighted by the data values.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
