Bounded symmetric domain
Summary
A bounded symmetric domain is a bounded domain in with many symmetries. At each point of there is a holomorphic involution of with as an isolated fixed point. Examples are the unit ball, the polydisc and the bounded model of the Siegel upper half-space. With its Bergman metric, a bounded symmetric domain is a Hermitian symmetric space of noncompact type, and every such space arises in this way. Cartan classified them, and they are the domains on which automorphic forms in several variables live.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
