(p,q)-form

Summary

A (p,q)(p, q)-form on an open subset of ℂn\C^n, or on a complex manifold, is a complex-valued differential form of a special type. Each of its terms contains pp of the differentials dzjdz_j and qq of the conjugate differentials dzˉjd\bar z_j. Every complex differential form of degree kk splits in a unique way as a sum of (p,q)(p, q)-forms with p+q=kp + q = k. This splitting does not depend on the choice of holomorphic coordinates. It is the setting of the ∂ˉ\bar\partial operator and of Dolbeault cohomology.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
