Walk
Builds on Graph
Definition
Let be a graph, let be a natural number, and let be vertices of . A walk of length from to is a sequence of vertices with , , and for . Its edges are the edges .
Remarks
A walk may repeat vertices and edges. A walk of length is a single vertex. A trail has no repeated edge, and a path has no repeated vertex. A walk is closed if .
