Harmonic analysis on Euclidean spaces Wavelets Concept
Continuous wavelet transform
Summary
The continuous wavelet transform compares a function with all rescaled and shifted copies of one analyzing function . It gives a function of scale and position , which shows where has features of each size. When satisfies the admissibility condition, the transform preserves energy up to a constant, and can be rebuilt from it. Unlike the short-time Fourier transform, its time resolution adapts to the scale.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
