Counterexample
Let and let be the unit open ball with its centre removed. Its boundary is the unit sphere together with the point . Let on the unit sphere and ; this is continuous on , since is an isolated point of . The Perron–Wiener–Brelot solution of is , so is not a regular boundary point. Check: the constant is in the lower class, so . For , let if and if . This function is harmonic, hence superharmonic, on . It is on the unit sphere and tends to at , so it is in the upper class and . Letting gives , so , which does not tend to .
Remarks
So the Dirichlet problem on the punctured ball has no solution for this continuous boundary function. A classical solution would be bounded and harmonic near , so would be a removable singularity. The extended function on the ball would vanish by the maximum principle, which contradicts . The point is too small to be seen by harmonic functions: it has capacity zero.
